We understand plans change. The policy below helps us reserve time for every guest and keep the studio running smoothly.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any single appointment without a fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are charged 50% of the booked service total.
- No-shows are charged 100% of the booked service total.
Group Bookings
- Bookings of two or more guests require 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule without a fee.
- Group bookings cancelled with less notice are charged 50% of the combined service total.
Deposits
Specialty services and group bookings may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward your final service total at the appointment.
Illness
Please contact the studio if you are unwell. Cancellation fees may be waived at management's discretion when notice is given as soon as possible.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid impacting later guests. The full booked rate still applies.
